All Murano chandeliers are handcrafted to order in Italy and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 weeks.
Selected finishes, including certain gold frames, may require approximately one additional week if not in stock.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured.
Taxes & duties
For customers in Norway, there are no additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, delivered directly to your door.
For customers outside Norway and the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Care
To preserve the beauty of your light fixture, gently dust the glass and metal surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Protective gloves are included with all glass chandeliers and are recommended during installation and cleaning to help prevent fingerprints. Always switch off the power before cleaning.

Chain Lenght
The chain can be easily adjusted and shortened to achieve the desired hanging height. For higher ceilings, extended chain lengths are available upon request.
To ensure a perfect fit, we are happy to shorten the chain before shipping. Simply let us know your preferred overall drop height when placing your order.

Depending on the model, we may be able to adjust dimensions, glass colours, metal finishes, suspension lengths and other design details.
