Return & Refund Policy

At Noomi Studio, we offer both ready-to-ship products and made-to-order pieces. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For products that are in stock and ready to ship, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and free from damage
• Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Many of our products, including chandeliers, lighting, marble furniture, and other custom-made pieces, are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.

These products are considered made-to-order goods and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, or refund once production has commenced.

This applies to:

• Custom-made marble furniture
• Chandeliers and lighting produced to order
• Products made in specific sizes, finishes, colors, or materials
• Any item manufactured according to customer specifications

By placing an order for a made-to-order product, you acknowledge and accept that the order is binding and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after production has started.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Claims regarding shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs of both the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Made-to-order products
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personal care products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order, manufactured according to customer specifications, or clearly personalized, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
